Thank you for shopping at balishius! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your favorite items.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email or phone.

2. Shipping Methods, Delivery Timeframes & Costs

We partner with India’s leading courier services (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Bluedart) to ensure your package arrives securely.

We offer the following shipping options across India:

📌 Delivery Notice: While we do our absolute best to meet these timeframes, estimated delivery dates are provided by our courier partners and are not strictly guaranteed.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is on its way, we will send you a shipment confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking Number and a direct link to track your order in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

4. Shipping Restraints & Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! balishius is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the buyer. Any additional shipping charges required to re-route or re-ship the package will be your responsibility.

  • Damaged Packages: If you receive your order and notice severe damage to the outer packaging, please take a quick photo/video before opening it. If the product inside is damaged, contact us immediately at balishius@gmail.com with your order number and the media files so we can send a replacement right away.

5. Delays Beyond Our Control

Occasionally, unexpected disruptions like extreme weather, regional strikes, public holidays, or pandemic-related logistical restrictions might slow things down. We ask for your patience during these rare events, and we promise to keep you updated every step of the way.

6. International Shipping

Currently, balishius only ships to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this moment, but we hope to expand our horizons to global shoppers in the near future!
